Truck License Requirements

Requirements for Getting a Semi-Trailer Truck License

Age Requirement:

Although the age requirement, which is the first among the truck license conditions, is 21, a driver candidate who has never had a driver’s license at the age of 21 will only be able to have a truck license within 6 months. A person who has obtained Class B before the age of 21 will be able to obtain a truck license in a short time.

Criminal Record:

The trainee who wants to get a truck driver’s license must not have been convicted of certain crimes, as is the case with all other licenses. To define these crimes in general without going into the articles of the law;

• Using drugs, trading, and being drunk as a habit
• Bringing firearms and their ammunition into the country
• Smuggling
